This is our forte and the part of interior design we love the most.  Whether you are building a house from the ground up or remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, we are there from conception to installation, managing every aspect of your project, including work performed by a network of trade partners and subcontractors for painting, wallpaper hanging, custom trim and millwork, lighting, flooring, window treatments, tiling, furniture procurement and styling. 

Yes, we know some designers love the decor element of design, you know the "fluffy stuff" (furniture, fabrics, colors....) and we do too however, re-modeling and new construction really gets our creative juices flowing and there is nothing more satisfying than being involved in the initial planning and design stage.

We have a unique ability to walk into an existing space or look at a set of drawings and envisage an improved, functional and aesthetically pleasing new layout. We create all the interior drawings throughout the house such as the kitchen, bathrooms, cabinetry, fireplaces, built-ins etc. We provide detailed schedules, drawings and elevations needed for necessary trades to complete the work as specified.  We then articulate the design to our clients in the form of design meetings, plans, drawings, 3D modeling, renderings and design/mood boards.

Listening, working and collaborating with both the Client and Builder we offer our design expertise selecting, sourcing and specifying materials and details that are the foundations of a well thought out design and a beautiful home.  We create a complete package of wallcovering, paint, architectural finishes, lighting, tile, plumbing fixture selections as well as turn key services which include furniture specification upon request.
